The Value of Spiritual Experiences in Lucid Dreams

Abstract

In the June, 1988 issue of Lucidity LetterI described the induction of "ecstatic" lucid dreams (Hewitt, 1988). I would like to say more about such experiences, as well as to briefly address the recent controversy regarding the issue of the "risks" of lucid dreaming.
