Me, Myself, and My Thoughts
Abstract
Our environment has become a vital resource during international isolation. Individuals are using this time to self-improve and reflect. The environments we surround ourselves in influence these reflections and being able to access environments that positively impact our mental health is even more paramount during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This photo is a peek into one individual’s safe haven, a place where they can peacefully reflect, connecting to their environment and to themselves. It reflects the lack of social interaction of modern-day, while still carrying a calm and grounded energy that we all hope to find in our own environments.
